洛水入黄河处，位于今天的河南省巩义市。在这一段洛河沿岸，历史坐标如同群星闪耀，等待着与当代人的生活重新发生链接。我们希望引入青年人的视角与创意，以洛河滨水空间的营造为起点，让古老的河流焕发生机。
The point where the Luo River enters the Yellow River is located in Gongyi City in today's Henan Province.Along this section of the Luo River,historical coordinates shine like stars,waiting to be reconnected with contemporary life.We hope to bring in the perspectives and creativity of contemporary youth to revitalize the ancient river by creating a waterfront space along the Luo River as a starting point.
