The Inaugural“Vision of the Future”Smart Culture&Tourism Innovation Competition Launches
12月5日至7日，第五届西部数字经济博览会在西安国际会展中心举行。本次博览会不仅展示了西部地区数字经济发展的最新成果，还见证了“智见未来”数字文旅创新大赛的启动。活动旨在通过数字技术赋能文旅产业，推动科技与文化旅游的深度融合，打造西安数字文旅产业生态，并辐射全国。
From December 5 to 7,the Fifth Western China Digital Economy Expo was held at the Xi’an International Convention and Exhibition Center.In addition to showcasing the latest accomplishments in the digital economy from the western region,the expo also witnessed the launch of the“Vision of the Future”Digital Culture&Tourism Innovation Competition.The event aims to empower the cultural tourism industry with digital technologies,deepen the integration of technology with culture and tourism,and build a thriving digital culture&tourism ecosystem in Xi’an,extending its influence nationwide.
大赛以“智启文旅，共见未来”为核心理念，于2024年12月5日启动，持续至2025年6月。大赛设置开放赛道和“揭榜挂帅”两大赛道，在“揭榜挂帅”赛道中，西安市独特的文旅资源将作为赛题，聚焦文旅行业，发挥文旅IP优势，面向全国征集优秀作品，推动AI、XR等前沿科技在文旅数字化转型中的实际落地应用，推动数字经济的发展。
Centered on the theme“Smart Empowerment for Culture&Tourism,Creating a Shared Future,”the competition runs from December 5,2024,to June 2025.It offers two tracks:an Open Track and a“Revealing the List and Taking the Lead”Track.For the latter,Xi’an’s unique cultural tourism resources will serve as the competition’s subject matter,focusing on the culture and tourism sector and leveraging the city’s distinctive intellectual property.The competition invites outstanding entries from across the country,driving the practical application of cutting-edge technologies such as AI and XR in the digital transformation of cultural tourism and promoting the growth of the digital economy.
西安市委宣传部副部长杨丽萍在发布大赛时强调：大赛将推动文旅产业与数字技术的结合，更广泛地运用AI和XR技术，开发新的旅游产品和服务，满足不同游客群体多样化的需求，助力文旅行业的管理服务更加高效和规范。
While announcing the competition,Yang Liping,Deputy Director of the Publicity Department of the Xi’an Municipal Party Committee,emphasized that the event will promote the integration of the cultural tourism industry with digital technology.More extensive use of AI and XR technologies will lead to the development of new tourism products and services,catering to the diverse needs of different visitor groups.It will also help improve the efficiency and regulation of cultural tourism management and services.
为了保证优秀的作品得以成功进行商业价值转换，大赛还设立了金融、生态、高校等领域的多个专家观察团，为获奖项目提供充足资金支持，同时给予跨行业合作、人才培养等方面的帮助，助力项目快速成长和发展，进一步提升西安在数字文旅行业的创新力与影响力。
To ensure the commercial viability of outstanding projects,the competition has assembled multiple expert panels drawn from finance,ecosystem management,academia,and other fields.These panels will provide ample funding support to the winners,along with assistance in cross-industry collaboration,talent development,and other areas.This comprehensive support will help projects grow rapidly,further enhancing Xi’an’s innovation and influence in the digital culture and tourism industry.
