　　Since the launch of the Belt and Road Initiative,it has remained committed to advancing connectivity and common development among countries along the routes in various fields including economy and trade,infrastructure construction and culture.Spanning continents and oceans and connecting diverse civilizations,the Initiative serves not only as a bridge for economic cooperation,but also as a platform for cultural dialogue and people-to-people integration.
　　非物质文化遗产作为各国历史记忆与生活智慧的结晶，承载着深厚的文化身份与情感认同。2026年适逢“一带一路”倡议持续推进与文化合作深化的关键阶段，本届展览以“丝路共生·非遗焕新”为主题，聚焦“一带一路”沿线国家的城市非物质文化遗产与传统工艺美术资源，鼓励通过一带一路沿线国家城市文化艺术与设计符号和设计语言进进行创新诠释与跨界表达。展览旨在搭建一个贯穿视觉艺术、设计创新与文化传承的国际交流平台，在“一带一路”倡议的背景下，展示中国文化和价值观的重要途径，通过活动进行中国文化出海实践，通过非物质文化遗产，探索中国文化艺术与世界文化的沟通与链接，展现丝路文化中的东方艺术魅力。深化沿线国家之间的设计融合、学术交流与文化理解。
　　As the crystallization of historical memory and life wisdom of all countries,intangible cultural heritage carries profound cultural identity and emotional recognition.2026 is a critical stage for the continuous advancement of the Belt and Road Initiative and the deepening of cultural cooperation.Under the theme of"Silk Road Symbiosis·Revitalization of Intangible Heritage",this exhibition focuses on urban intangible cultural heritage and traditional arts and crafts resources of countries along the Belt and Road,and encourages innovative interpretation and cross-border expression based on the cultural art,design symbols and design languages of cities along the route.The exhibition aims to build an international exchange platform integrating visual art,design innovation and cultural inheritance.Against the background of the Belt and Road Initiative,it serves as an important channel to present Chinese culture and values,practice the global outreach of Chinese culture through the event,and explore the communication and connection between Chinese culture and art and the world via intangible cultural heritage,so as to show the charm of Oriental art in Silk Road culture.Deepen the design integration,academic exchanges and cultural understanding among countries along the routes.

　　思路1：基于一带一路沿线国家城市之间的艺术渊源、传统文化的视觉元素，提取中国与“一带一路”国家非遗的核心视觉基因进行设计，探究国家城市之间民族文化、“非遗”视觉创新设计、工艺美术元素等风格的融合。

　　Idea 1:Based on the artistic origins and traditional cultural visual elements among cities along the Belt and Road,this design extracts the core visual genes of intangible cultural heritage from China and other Belt and Road countries.It explores the integration of styles such as ethnic cultures,innovative visual design of intangible cultural heritage,and arts and crafts elements among different nations and cities.

　　This paper explores the ice and snow resources and the core of urban culture in Heilongjiang,Jilin and Liaoning provinces.The design language integrates the ice and snow industry,folk customs and urban memory to create digital visual design works with ideological height,cultural warmth and communication power.It showcases the sustainable development of Northeast China from"ice and snow culture"to"ice and snow economy",making ice and snow tourism culture an emotional bond connecting cities and the public,tradition and modernity.

　　1.评审团由国内外专家组成，评委名单评审前公布。
　　1.The judging panel is composed of domestic and foreign experts,and the list of judges will be announced before the review.
　　2.评审结果在相关媒体公布，未入选者不另行通知。

　　1.评选入选作品300幅/套。
　　1.Select 200 selected works/sets.
　　2.评选优秀作品180幅/套。
　　2.Select 100 outstanding works/sets.
　　终评:

　　根据初评作品，进行终评评审
　　评出专业组、教师组、学生组每组一等奖6名，二等奖10名，三等奖15名，优秀奖30名，入围奖50名。本活动设特邀组别奖。
　　（中国首展开幕式后进行颁奖，一、二、三等奖颁发奖牌，所有入选及获奖作者颁发电子证书）

　　Select 6 first prizes,10 second prizes,15 third prizes,30 excellent prizes,and 50 shortlisted prizes for each of the professional group,teacher group,and student group.This event has a special invited group award.
　　(After the opening ceremony of China's first exhibition,awards will be presented,with medals and paper certificates for first,second,and third prizes,and electronic certificates for outstanding and shortlisted awards.)
　　1.线上展览：在专业媒体平台展示优秀作品。
　　1.Online exhibition:Showcase outstanding works on professional media platforms.
　　2.线下开幕及首展：在中国哈尔滨和马来西亚吉隆坡城市分别举办，展览时间和地点根据各国安排确定。
　　2.Offline opening and first exhibition:It will be held respectively in Harbin,China and Kuala Lumpur,Malaysia.The exhibition time and location will be determined according to the arrangements of each country.
　　3.国际巡展：在中国、马来西亚、泰国等地进行活动巡展。
　　3.International Touring Exhibitions:Conduct touring exhibitions in China,Malaysia,Thailand and so on.
　　4.作品及论文出版：推荐优秀海报作品及论文到相关期刊，出版国际书号作品集。
　　4.Works and Papers Publication:Recommended outstanding poster works and academic papers to relevant journals,and published a collection with an international book number.
　　1.本次展览不收取任何费用。
　　1.This exhibition is free of charge.
　　2.参展作品使用权归组委会，使用时署名作者。
　　2.The right to use the exhibited works belongs to the organizing committee,and the author should be credited when using them.
　　3.作品须原创，否则取消参展资格，参展者承担后果。
　　3.The work must be original;otherwise,the exhibitor's qualification will be cancelled and the exhibitor will bear the consequences.
　　4.规则解释权归主办单位。
　　4.The right to interpret the rules belongs to the organizing unit.
　　5.作品应不涉及意识形态问题，如涉及，由参展者承担后果。
　　5.The works should not involve ideological issues.If they do,the exhibitors shall bear the consequences.
