　　北江穿城而过，峡江风光如画；
　　飞霞云雾缭绕，山林间藏着千年古寺；
　　温泉水暖，渔火摇曳。

　　都见过日出江花红胜火，
　　听过橹声咿呀和粤韵悠长，
　　承载着几代人的生活与记忆。
　　现在，它们正在等一个重新发光的机会
　　让你的设计，成为北江边下一个目的地。
　　The North River cleaves it in two—
　　a living scroll of gorges and light.
　　Mists wreathe Feixia,
　　where thousand-year-old temples sleep in the hills.
　　Hot springs steam;fishing lanterns sway on the water.
　　Every old house here
　　has seen dawn set the river blooms ablaze,
　　has heard the creak of oars and the lingering tunes of Cantonese opera.
　　They hold the weight of generations—
　　their joys,their labors,their quiet days.

　　01/赛事背景
　　Competition Background
　　在文旅融合高质量发展的时代，民宿早已超越"住宿"的单一属性，成为连接城市与乡村、文化与体验、游客与目的地的核心载体。它不仅重塑了旅游住宿体验，更深度参与目的地的价值创造、文化传播与经济激活。
　　清城区作为清远市政治、经济、文化中心，清城区拥有峡江风光、自然山林、温泉养生、宗教文化四大旅游资源系列，依托"中国优秀旅游城市""中国宜居城市"品牌效应，正高位推进全域旅游发展。
　　本次大赛以"民宿主理人共创"为核心，整合临江、靠山、近景区优质存量资源，提供政策支持、流量赋能、落地保障，遴选一批有创意、有品质、有情怀的民宿方案，打造大湾区后花园旅居新标杆。
　　In the era of integrated cultural-tourism development,homestays have evolved beyond accommodation.They bridge city and countryside,culture and experience,visitors and destinations.They reshape travel stays and actively contribute to value creation,cultural outreach,and economic growth.
　　As Qingyuan’s political,economic,and cultural center,Qingcheng District offers four key tourism resources:gorge scenery,forested hills,hot springs,and religious heritage.Leveraging its"Excellent Tourist City"and"Livable City"reputations,it is advancing full-area tourism at a high level.
　　This competition focuses on"homestay curator co-creation."It integrates quality riverside,hillside,and scenic-area resources,backed by policy support,traffic amplification,and implementation assistance.We aim to select creative,high-quality,and passionate proposals to set a new benchmark for stays in the Greater Bay Area’s backyard garden

　　Who Can Participate
　　-面向全球设计师、设计团队、高校师生公开征集
　　-建筑设计、室内设计、景观设计机构及独立设计师民宿主理人、品牌运营团队
　　-高校建筑、设计相关专业师生（可组队参赛）
　　-个人/团队形式均可
　　没有门槛，只要你热爱设计，有想法
　　Open call worldwide:designers,design teams,university faculty/students.
　　Architecture/interior/landscape design firms,independent designers,homestay curators,brand operation teams.
　　University faculty/students in design-related fields(teams allowed).
　　Individuals or groups welcome.
　　No barriers—just passion and ideas.

　　本次大赛以"真实落地、资源赋能"为核心，为参赛设计师提供支持：

　　非遗主理人、产业投资人、民宿业主三方现场对接，优秀方案优先落地签约，获奖设计师纳入《清城民宿设计师库》；
　　▪资源整合
　　非遗文化、文旅基金、政府政策、物业资源全链条对接，赋能在地化设计；
　　▪全媒推广
　　官方荣誉认证+行业媒体报道+清远文旅全平台曝光；
　　▪全程陪伴
　　赛前资料支持、赛中方案辅导、赛后落地指导全周期服务；
　　This competition offers supports centered on real implementation and resource empowerment:
　　Matchmaking–On-site meetings with heritage curators,investors,and owners;top proposals get priority signing;designers added to Qingcheng Homestay Designer Pool.
　　Integration–Full-chain access to cultural heritage,cultural tourism funds,government policies,and property resources to empower localized design.
　　Exposure–Official recognition,industry media coverage,and promotion across Qingyuan tourism platforms.
　　Full-cycle support–Materials before,coaching during,and implementation guidance after the competition.
