　　艺术与设计教育博览会-FutureLab包含了展览、论坛、工作坊、表演等多种项目，不仅将呈现国内外艺术和设计教育的最新成果、理念和方法，还将为世界各国的艺术院校、专家、学者，以及学生和家长提供一个交流和分享的平台。
　　2026西岸设计周（WEST BUND WEEK）以“水岸日常”为核心主题，面向全球发起一系列公共空间与品牌视觉设计征集。本次征集不仅关注设计本身的创造力，更强调设计如何真实嵌入滨水公共生活——服务于通勤、休憩、社交、遛宠、观展等日常场景，并体现西岸独特的工业遗存风貌、滨水地理特征与当代包容性城市精神。
　　The 2026 West Bund Design Week(WEST BUND WEEK)is organized around the core theme"Waterfront Daily Life."This global open call invites submissions across a range of public space and brand identity design projects.It emphasizes not only creative excellence but also how design can be meaningfully integrated into daily waterfront public life—serving scenarios such as commuting,resting,socializing,dog walking,and exhibition visits—while reflecting the West Bund’s unique industrial heritage,waterfront geography,and contemporary inclusive urban spirit.

　　*五项征集共享本总则所规定的通用原则、参赛资格、权利与义务及提交规范。各专项征集的具体功能要求、成果构成、评选维度与分值，以各专项公告为准。
　　征集总览
　　*所有构筑物及家具类征集均要求可移动、可复制、可落地，并鼓励模块化、数字化、无障碍、宠物友好等包容性设计策略。

　　参赛资格
　　1.本征集面向全球范围内的建筑师、设计师、艺术家、规划师、景观设计师、高校师生、跨学科创意团队及设计机构开放。
　　2.可以个人/团队形式参赛，团队需指定一名主要联系人。
　　3.每位参赛者可同时参与多个专项征集，但每个专项征集须单独提交作品。
　　4.主办方及其关联机构的工作人员、评审委员及其直系亲属不得参赛。
　　通用评审原则
　　所有专项征集均采用两阶段评审机制：
　　第一阶段：合规性审查
　　·是否满足强制性功能要求
　　·是否满足造价限价要求
　　·是否提交完整的必选项成果
　　第二阶段：专业评审打分
　　评审委员会由主办方代表、国际设计专家、西岸公共空间运营方代表等共同组成。

　　投稿作品须为作者原创，未在任何平台公开发表或商用，不得侵犯任何第三方的著作权、商标权、肖像权等知识产权及合法权益。若投稿作品存在侵权问题，由投稿者自行承担全部法律责任。
　　2.著作权与使用权约定
　　◦投稿作品的著作权归原作者所有。
　　◦主办方享有对获奖/入选作品在全球范围内的永久使用权、修改权及授权第三方使用的权利，包括但不限于落地实施、品牌规范编制、宣传推广、衍生品开发、媒体报道、展览展示等场景，无需另行支付额外报酬。
　　入围/入选作品权利
　　对于所有入围/入选作品，主办方享有公开展示、传播、宣传推广的权利，无需另行支付额外报酬。
　　署名权保障
　　获奖/入选作品在落地设施、官方规范手册、宣传材料、展览展示中，均会标注设计者/作者姓名。
　　条款同意规则
　　投稿即视为投稿者已阅读、理解并同意本总则及本次征集活动相应专项公告的全部条款。

　　本次征集活动的最终解释权归主办方所有。

　　All five open calls share the common principles,eligibility criteria,rights and obligations,and submission requirements defined in these General Rules.Specific functional requirements,deliverables,evaluation criteria,and scoring for each call are detailed in the respective call-specific guidelines.
　　Open Call
　　Overview
　　All structure and furniture submissions must be portable,replicable,and realizable,with preference given to inclusive design strategies such as modularity,digital integration,accessibility,and pet-friendly features.
　　Eligibility
　　This open call is open to architects,designers,artists,urban planners,landscape architects,university faculty and students,interdisciplinary creative teams,and design studios worldwide.
　　Entries may be submitted individually or as a team.Teams must designate a primary contact person.
　　Participants may enter multiple open calls simultaneously,but a separate submission is required for each.
　　Employees and affiliated personnel of the Organizing Committee and its partner organizations,jury members,and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

　　All open calls adopt a two-stage evaluation process:

　　All submissions must be original,not previously published or commercially used,and must not infringe upon any third-party intellectual property rights.
　　Copyright and Usage Rights:
　　o Copyright of award-winning works remains with the author.
　　o The Organizing Committee holds permanent,worldwide usage rights,including the right to modify and to authorize third parties to use the work(for purposes including implementation,brand guideline development,promotion,and derivative products).
　　Shortlisted Work：
　　The Organizing Committee has the right to display and disseminate shortlisted works.
　　Attribution：
　　Award-winning works will be credited to the designer(s)on physical installations,official guidelines,and promotional materials.
