第二届时装L’OFFICIEL杯&中国轻纺城国际设计大师赛在中国柯桥启幕,赛事以“面向未来、链接世界”为核心愿景,现正式发起推广大使“柯小布”设计方案征集,邀全球创作者共同打造属于柯桥的布料精灵,让“柯桥”成为新锐力量与全球未来美学的共同符号。
The 2nd Fashion L'OFFICIEL Cup&China Textile City International Design Masters Competition kicked off in Keqiao,China,,technological innovation,and sustainability,with textiles emerging as a future language that transcends culture,technology,and aesthetics.
The second LCTC Master's Tournament is about to kick off in Keqiao,China,with the core vision of"Facing the Future,Connecting the World."We are now officially launching a design competition for the promotional ambassador"Ke XiaoBu,"inviting global creators to collaborate in crafting a fabric spirit that belongs to Keqiao,making"Keqiao"a shared symbol of emerging forces and global futuristic aesthetics.
作为全球极具影响力的纺织制造生态核心,柯桥长期以来都是产业实力与创意创新的桥梁。LCTC国际设计大师赛立足于此,旨在将纺织设计纳入更广泛的全球对话,实现材料智慧、技术想象与当代美学的交汇。本次发起推广大使IP“柯小布”设计方案征集,正是希望通过一个未来导向、国际可读的形象,整合柯桥千万种面料所蕴含的技术、文化与能量。“柯小布”不止是一个吉祥物,更是连接纺织传承与新兴技术、本土智慧与全球设计语言的符号性媒介。

As a globally influential hub of the textile manufacturing ecosystem,Keqiao has long served as a bridge between industrial strength and creative innovation.The LCTC International Design Master Competition is rooted here,aiming to integrate textile design into broader global conversations and achieve the convergence of material wisdom,technological imagination,and contemporary aesthetics.This initiative to promote the IP"Keqiao Xiao Bu"through a design competition seeks to unite the technology,culture,and energy embodied in Keqiao's vast array of fabrics through a future-oriented,internationally recognizable image."Keqiao Xiao Bu"is not merely a mascot but a symbolic medium connecting textile heritage with emerging technologies,local wisdom,and global design languages.
Shaoxing has been renowned for its silk weaving civilization for millennia,while Keqiao connects the world through the largest global light textile industry chain.One warp and weft,one strand of yarn,weaves the city's character of diligence,refinement,openness,innovation,and relentless evolution.Today,Keqiao aims to create an original IP image that embodies the city's fabric culture,industrial spirit,and the creative force of the new era,making it the"ambassador"of Keqiao's textile world,linking industry,brands,youthful creativity,and the future fabric ecosystem.

柯小布是一位从未来“织境(WeaveSphere)”穿越而来的布灵探索者。在他的世界里,布料不仅是材质,更是一种“能量体”。
柯小布是柯桥千万种面料能量的集合体,是布料世界的“新生代代言人”。他既有柯桥的务实与专业,也有新一代的潮流感、科技感和亲和力。
Ke Xiaobu is the spokesperson for the Future Fabric Recommender in the LCTC Master Tournament from"International Textile Hub·Keqiao,"a tiny yet mighty figure who embodies fabrics,represents Keqiao,and symbolizes creativity and original fabric design.
Ke Xiaobu is a Buring explorer who traveled from the future"WeaveSphere."In his world,fabric is not just a material but also an"energy entity.".
Ke Xiaobu is the embodiment of Keqiao's myriad fabric energies and the"new generation ambassador"of the textile world.He combines Keqiao's pragmatism and professionalism with the trendiness,technological appeal,and approachability of the new generation.

柯小布设计方案征集版权说明
1.组委会有权将该作品及相关元素用于“柯小布”IP的开发、运营,包括但不限于制作、销售各类衍生品、周边产品,开展品牌联名、商业合作、线下活动等各类商业及非商业用途;如本人获得本届活动奖项,该设计作品相关知识产权(除署名权外)上交主办方永久持有,主办方可全权行使上述IP开发、使用、收益等相关权利(本承诺内容不得更改)。
2.“柯小布”参赛设计作品(含完整视觉形象、三视图、周边创意草图等全部提交内容)由组委会统一留存,参赛者不得另行主张所有权或撤回作品。
3.参赛者须保证其“柯小布”设计作品拥有完整、独立的著作权,不侵犯任何第三方的专利权、商标权、设计版权等合法权益。若作品引发知识产权相关索偿、法律责任,均由参赛者自行承担;若参赛者侵权行为对大赛及组委会造成声誉影响,组委会有权追究其责任。
4.本次“柯小布”设计方案征集活动的最终解释权归LCTC大赛组委会及中国轻纺城相关主办机构所有。
Copyright Notice for Ke Xiaobu Design Proposal Collection
1.The organizing committee has the right to use the work and its related elements for the development and operation of the"Ke Xiaobu"IP,including but not limited to producing and selling various derivative products,peripheral items,brand collaborations,commercial partnerships,offline events,and other commercial or non-commercial purposes.If the author wins an award in this event,the intellectual property rights of the design work(excluding the right to attribution)shall be permanently transferred to the organizers,who may exercise all relevant rights regarding the development,use,and profit generation of the aforementioned IP(this commitment shall not be altered).
2.The submitted works for the"Ke Xiaobu"competition(including complete visual identities,three-view drawings,peripheral creative sketches,and all other submitted materials)shall be uniformly retained by the organizing committee.Contestants shall not claim ownership or withdraw their works separately.
3.Contestants must ensure that their"Ke Xiaobu"design works possess complete and independent copyright and do not infringe upon any third party's legitimate rights,including patent rights,trademark rights,design copyrights,etc.If the works lead to intellectual property-related claims or legal liabilities,the contestants shall bear all responsibilities themselves;if the contestants'infringements cause reputational damage to the competition and the organizing committee,the committee reserves the right to pursue accountability.
4.The final interpretation rights of this"Ke Xiaobu"design proposal solicitation activity belong to the LCTC Competition Organizing Committee and the relevant hosting institutions of China Textile City.
