　　XJTLU Entrepreneur College(Taicang)firmly champions the encouragement of student innovation and entrepreneurship.Our goal is to nurture well-rounded student capabilities by combining innovation and entrepreneurial spirit.Hence,we introduce the Syntegrative Spaces Design Challenge,guiding students to seamlessly merge their knowledge with business insight.Through creative space design,we aim to break traditional boundaries,spark innovative thinking,and craft a campus space that reflects the unique essence of the college.

　　REQUIREMENTS作品要求
　　The competition is divided into two phases:space design and business plan,and participants can choose to complete both phases or any one of them.However,considering the integration of coffee space design and operation,the organizing committee encourages you to participate in both challenges simultaneously.(Subsequently,the organizing committee may combine two teams that participate in only one stage each.)
　　大赛分为空间设计和商业计划两个阶段，参赛者可以选择完成两个阶段或其中任意一个阶段。但基于咖啡空间的设计与运营相结合考虑，大赛组委会鼓励您同时参与这两项挑战（后续组委会可能会将分别只参加一个阶段的队伍进行组合）
　　Phase1：Space Design
　　Flex your skills!Create your VISION&BRAND for a refreshing caféor lounge,where industrial form mixed with social function.Submissions need to include:
　　阶段一：空间设计
　　设计方案需要包含咖啡店自身的业态形式，并且融合社交功能于其中。提交作品需包括：
　　Conceptual Sketches/Renders(2 or 3 pics)PNG/PDF of proposed space
　　概念草图/渲染图：空间构思呈现（PNG/PDF图片）;
　　Design&Brand(max 500 words):Document about meaning of logo&space
　　品牌&创意设计：logo设计和空间设计的意义解释说明；
　　Floor Plan&Layout(1 page):PDF/CAD/PNG Detailed design for areas&furniture
　　平面布局设计：空间&家具的详细设计图（PDF/CAD/PNG图片）;
　　Materials&Aesthetics(1-2 pics):PDF/PNG of surfaces/colours inc.mood board
　　材料选择&空间美学：家具材质/颜色选择的例图（参考mood board）；
　　USPs:Showcase novel aspects e.g.architectural/eco-friendly/interactive
　　补充材料：展示其余在设计方案中你认为属于创新设计的内容，例如建筑设计/环保/互动等
　　Phase2：Besiness Plan
　　Create exciting business ideas and incentives!What special services could it provide,and how would it operate?Generate feasible innovations with novel and achievable concepts!Submissions need to include:
　　阶段二：商业计划
　　思考一种可持续盈利的独特经营模式，确保在市场上拥有独特的竞争力。希望同学们可以跳出常规思维，提出新颖且可实现的创新方案。提交作品需包括：
　　Customer Experience(1 document):Word doc.for novel aspects&visitor experience
　　客户体验方案创新设计（word形式）
　　Innovative Business(1 document):Customer incentives,inventive revenue streams&models
　　创新商业计划书：客户激励计划，创新的盈利模式（word/ppt/Prezi/etc.）
　　Potential Activities Plan(1 document):Example events for such as meetups,tech talks,&more
　　可能举办的活动：思考可举办的会议、科技研讨会谈等活动（word/ppt/Prezi/etc.）
　　USPs:Sustainability&Ethics(operational/environmental considerations)/Innovative Technology(unique or enhanced customer experience)
　　补充材料：展示其余在商业方案中你认为属于创新运营的内容，例如述咖啡店的可持续运营/环境保护性/创新技术等
