竞赛成果揭晓｜「海南2023年环岛旅游公路重点驿站规划设计国际竞赛」
2023年10月10日，海南省自然资源和规划厅在海口成功举办「海南2023年环岛旅游公路重点驿站规划设计国际竞赛」终审会与颁奖仪式。经过激烈角逐，分别产生文昌木兰波光、儋州银滩泛歌、三亚海棠花语3个驿站规划设计国际竞赛的一、二、三等奖以及入围奖！省自然资源和规划厅、省规划展览馆、文昌、儋州、三亚自然资源和规划局的代表出席活动。
此次竞赛吸引来自多个国家的62家设计团队参加，共收到88个参赛作品，其中文昌木兰波光驿站35个、儋州银滩泛歌驿站32个、三亚海棠花语驿站21个。经过8月7日竞赛第一阶段评审，每个驿站各5家设计团队入围终审环节，终审评委组针对每个驿站，从5个入围作品中选出了3个获奖作品。竞赛终审由海南省海口市南海公证处负责全程监督。On October 10,2023,the Department of Natural Resources and Planning of Hainan Province successfully hosted the final review and award ceremony of the"2023 Hainan Island Scenic Route Key Stations Planning and Design International Competition"in Haikou.After intense competition,the first,second,and third prizes,as well as finalists,were awarded for the planning and design of"MuLanBoGuang"station in Wenchang,the"YinTanFanGe"station in Danzhou,and the"HaiTangHuaYu"station in Sanya.Representatives from he Department of Natural Resources and Planning of Hainan Province,the Hainan Provincial Planning Exhibition Hall,and the Natural Resources and Planning Bureaus of Wenchang,Danzhou and Sanya attended the event.
This competition attracted 62 design teams from multiple countries,resulting in a total of 88 entries.Specifically,there were 35 entries for"MuLanBoGuang"station,32 entries for YinTanFanGe"station,and 21 entries for"HaiTangHuaYu"station.After the phase one review on August 7th,five design teams for each station advanced to the final review phase,where the final jury selected three winning designs for each station.The competition's final review was supervised throughout by Nanhai Notary Office,Haikou City,Hainan Province.

评审会上，参赛团队介绍驿站设计理念、整体空间布局、亮点建筑构思、特色文化融合、自然景观呼应，展现对于环岛旅游驿站的独特理解，在设计中融入业态和运营的考虑。
终审评委组在听取设计团队方案汇报的基础上，仔细研究方案模型与展板，审慎地评估每一个方案的独特创意与成果表达，聆听设计所传达的驿站发展愿景。
在颁奖环节中，每个参赛单位的代表登台领取获奖证书，并与主办方及评委合影留念。参赛团队的设计方案得到了终审评委组的建议和指导，3个月来的努力与付出收获了热烈的掌声和诚挚的祝贺。
本次终审会的评委由6位规划与建筑设计领域专家及1位政府代表组成。法国JFA建筑事务所创始人雅克·费尔叶先生作为特别嘉宾出席本次竞赛终审。
